he Hope-Prayer Connection Bank is a key component of ReThink Hope, providing a dedicated prayer phone system that connects callers with trained volunteers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every call is electronically monitored to help ensure callers reach a real person who will listen, offer prayer, and, when requested, connect them with a local Hope-Place of Contact church for additional support.

Key features include direct access to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline while the caller remains connected, recorded messages outlining responsibilities and limitations, enhanced administrative reporting and call monitoring, and the ability for volunteers to serve from anywhere in the United States.
